DAFIN has become aware of a number of instances of misrepresentation by individuals incorrectly presenting themselves as officers of the company. DAFIN has a zero tolerance policy in this regard. DAFIN has and will continue to take any action deemed appropriate to prevent further misrepresentation and bring the misrepresenting parties to account.

Neither DAFIN, nor its shareholders, officers, directors or employees retain any association whatsoever with these individuals, and has instituted legal action to prevent them from fraudulently purporting to represent the company or its interests. Persons, organisations or Governments dealing with these individuals do so at their own risk and with this notice that they present themselves without sanction of DAFIN.
